🔄 Refund and Returns Policy for Cosmo Chem

1. 📢 General Policy

As a supplier of bulk cosmetic-grade raw materials, we adhere to a strict policy regarding returns and refunds to ensure the integrity and purity of our products for all customers. We do not accept returns on materials that have been opened, used, or repackaged.

2. ✅ Eligibility for Returns

A product is only eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

Notification Period: You must notify the Cosmo Chem team within 7 business days of receiving your order.

Manufacturing Defect: The material has a verifiable defect (e.g., incorrect texture, smell, color) which is confirmed by lab analysis.

Wrong Item Shipped: If you received a product different from the item listed on your invoice (e.g., received Carnauba Wax instead of Paraffin Wax).

Transit Damage: The product packaging was severely damaged during shipping (proof required via photos taken immediately upon delivery).

3. ❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Essential Oils and Fragrances: Due to their volatile nature, these are non-returnable unless a quality defect is verified by us upon delivery.

Opened Containers: Any raw material (solid or liquid) whose seal has been broken, or quantity has been used/removed.

Products without Original Packaging/Labeling.

Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer (e.g., heat exposure, moisture).

4. 📝 Return Process

To initiate a return based on eligibility (Section 2):

Shipment: Authorized returns must be securely packed and shipped back to our facility in Pakistan. Shipping costs for verified defects will be covered by Cosmo Chem.

Inspection: Our Quality Control (QC) team will review your claim and may request a sample return for lab testing.
