📜 Terms & Conditions (T&C) for Cosmo Chem

1. 🤝 Agreement Acceptance

By placing an order for cosmetic raw materials on the Cosmo Chem website or through our sales channel, the buyer (“Client”) agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement governs the sale and purchase of all raw materials (including Acids, Waxes, Oils, Surfactants, etc.) supplied by Cosmo Chem.

2. 💰 Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices listed are for bulk supply in Pakistan and are subject to change without prior notice. Final prices will be confirmed in the official sales quote or Proforma Invoice.
  • Taxes: All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable Government Taxes (like Sales Tax/GST), unless explicitly stated otherwise. These taxes will be added to the final invoice.
  • Payment: Full payment is required before shipment unless a specific credit term has been formally agreed upon in writing between the Client and Cosmo Chem.

3. 📦 Order and Product Quality

  • Product Specifications: Cosmo Chem guarantees that all raw materials will meet the specifications and purity levels stated on the corresponding Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) provided at the time of purchase.
  • Samples: Clients are strongly advised to purchase small samples for testing and formulation compatibility checks before placing large bulk orders.
  • Order Confirmation: An order is considered accepted only after Cosmo Chem sends an official written confirmation and receives the required payment.

4. 🚚 Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Location: We exclusively deliver within the specified regions of Pakistan.
  • Risk Transfer: The risk of loss or damage to the product transfers from Cosmo Chem to the Client upon delivery to the Client’s specified address, or upon handover to the nominated courier/shipping agent.
  • Delivery Time: Stated delivery times are estimates only. Cosmo Chem is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs delays, or courier service issues.

5. 🚫 Warranties and Liability

  • Limited Warranty: Cosmo Chem warrants only that the material meets the specified TDS. We do not offer any warranty regarding the suitability of the material for the Client’s specific formulation or final product application.
  • Client Responsibility: The Client is solely responsible for:
    • Testing the compatibility and quality of the raw material before mass production.
    • Compliance with all local Pakistani regulatory requirements concerning the handling, storage, and use of the purchased materials.
  • Limitation of Liability: Cosmo Chem’s total liability for any claim arising out of the sale of materials shall be limited to the purchase price of the specific material in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or production loss).

6. ⚖️ Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in [Specify Your City/Province, e.g., Lahore, Punjab].
